Best ways to sell chickens?

We have nearly 30 birds we need to sell before the end of this year. Can anyone direct me to the best way to sell them all quickly? I might not make it to the county fair this year.
A few of the birds are older than 3. Should I aim for rehoming or donating them as pets instead of selling? I also have roosters. A couple are breeding stock, but they have to go too. What’s the best way to do this?
Additionally, does anyone have general selling advice for a newbie? Thanks!
