What is the best way to tell if a hen is laying?

Get a trap door nesting box. When the hen goes in the box it trips the door to fall down behind her. When you go to check for eggs the her will be in the box with her egg! Then you can keep track of which hens are laying the eggs you find so its no longer a mystery! Hope you look into this!
