betas?

I'd suggest starting with some research. The fish is a "Betta" not a beta (beta is letter in the greek alphabet and pronounced "bay-tuh" while Betta is pronounced "beh-tuh). The species name is Betta splendens.
 
Bettas are harder to breed then you think they would be.
I bred them for a few years,and durning that time, I spent/lost more money then I care to even admit

well I breed bettas and you have to put the female and male close together in seprit bowls till the female is redy and she is nice and big with eggs and when they are done hatching you feed them live food like brine shrimp
 
o and most these people are hard on you for just saying that you wont to try breeding bettas but try as muth as you wont the more you do it the more experience you will have
