Betty has worms!

I have a mixed bantam/buff that I just took off nest to break her from sitting. When she pooped, there was a large "tape" type worm in her poop. Anyone know best way to worm chickens?

I mix up some feed with cayanne pepper and wet it down to prevent worms. I have also used ivermectin for a bird I bought with worms. Of course I seperate them from the other birds to prevent cross bird spreading.
