Betty or Ben Easter Egger

Hello everyone!
We were told Betty was a female Easter Egger. Is she?
Also, we’ve had her 2 months and the past few weeks she has started pecking us. A LOT! No other chicken has ever done this like she is. I mean pecking our legs, our face if we’re holding her, it’s crazy! Guess that’s why we’re second guessing her gender. Any advice would be appreciated.

We can have roosters, but we don’t want one. Easter Eggers are so hard to sex. Any thoughts why you think she is a he?

The comb looks decent sized but I can’t be sure. I find EEs to be pretty nice roosters, is there any reason in particular you don’t want one?

Well we don’t want chicks for one and also we have very close neighbors on both sides that we don’t want to upset with a rooster’s vocals.
She has become pretty mean to the other birds also. Even the bigger birds she seems to intimidate and go after them lately. She’s become a grump!

can you get a close-up of the comb? it might be a he, because it appears to have saddle feathers.

Coloring looks like a black sex link pullet from a distance. Get us a good clear close up pic of her saddle feathers from the side, and a better pic of her comb.

If it has pointy saddle and cape feathers, its a boy. If those feathers are rounded instead of pointy, its a little girl.

More photos. The last photo was right after she puffed herself at another hen so her feathers are out more. So when she walks around normal her feathers don’t stay like that. The second photo is her normal.

I just googled black sex link and boy she does look like one! I added more photos to this thread so hopefully we get a better determination of sex.
