Hi there, good news this week, after several months, Betty has finally started laying, she is at least 6months old, however better late than never.

Congrats! However, I wouldn't consider 6 months old late to start laying. Heck, I waited on some of my brahmas for over 9 months!

I suppose 6 months isn't that old, it just seemed alot longer than the Minorca we got at the same time, and they were roughly the same age, the Minorca has been layer four 2 months, maybe they are 7 or 8 months old, harder to remember time nowadays.
