Xylo didn't back down when Shadow pulled out the sword. He gripped his sword harder, ready for a battle. He swung his sword at Shadow's left leg, hoping to cripple him.

Shadow quickly dodged and his sword left a small cut in Xylos arm, he moved forwards to swing at Xylos neck.

Aurora had snapped out of her daze and watched to two fight until she took her opportunity to grab Shadow by his waist and she fell back into stream the with Shadow trying to kick her away from him as rolled in the water, Shadow now trying to desperately escape for air and Aurora clung to him tightly, trying to drown him not caring that she was running out of air as well.

Aurora was kicked in the stomach hard and she coughed up blood and her grip on Shadow loosened, allowing Shadow to swim away from her. She weakly kicks out her legs and let's the water roll her onto the shore, where she weakly stayed gasping for breath.

Shadow got out of the stream on the opposite side from where Xylos and Aurora was. He quickly took off running into the dark forest where he seemed to disappear.

Shadow continued on with his escape.

Xylo flew to Aurora's side, and knelt down next to her. He touched her wounds, healing them slowly. He said "Why did he attack you?" while meticously tending to her wounds.

Aurora grunts at the pain of the healing "I think he attacked me just to attack me, but he said something about me being pitiful and not worth Death's time" she replies with a frown as she recalled Shadow's attack

Xylo nodded, but secretly agreed with Shadow. He didn't understand why she had been taken, but didn't talk until he was done healing her. "There.", he sighed.

Aurora sits up "Thank you for helping me, I truly mean it, I would be dead now if you hadn't helped me" she tells him thankfully
