Aurora's mind was clouded with uncertainty at Xylos words, she couldn't find it in herself to fully believe him because he is a Guardian and she highly distrusted his kind.

(I don't want her to become a Returned to quickly, I think I'll give it time because I don't think she's fully ready to Return)

(Makes sense. But shouldn't Xylos leave them, or should he offer to stay with her?) Xylos saw the doubt in her eyes, and let go in silence. He turned around and started the walk the other way.

Claire kissed him back. She sighed "I don't know what I'm thinking. I'm sorry. I'm just being stupid, that's all."

"It's fine darling. Now, let me help get you back home." Pryrus picked her up with ease and carried her back to his hut. There, he laid her down on his bed, and went to gather supplies to help her wound.~

Claire felt ashamed of herself. She was being too paranoid and controlling. She was just new to love, that's all, she told herself. But she would stop. Petros had done nothing wrong, and he could talk to whoever he wanted.

Caleb was walking down the sidewalk looking for a good place to eat, when he saw a young women sitting in the alleyway holding something. He walked over to her. "Ma'am why are you in the alleyway?"~

Pryrus collected all of the needed items, then went back to her side. "Alright, this is going to hurt." Pryrus said carefully. He tended to the wound the best he could. Once he was done he gave Claire some pain reliever. "Your gonna get sleepy fast, so I will let you settle in for the night. I love you... Baby." He leaned down and kissed her gently, knowing how easily he could have lost her that night.~
