"You don't speak good English do you? Ok fast food it is. Do you like hamburgers?" Caleb asked slowly making sure she understood. He wondered why she was out in the streets alone. Who would leave a lady with a baby out by herself?~

Adara nodded, "Yes, I do." was her timid reply. She didn't know whether or not she wanted to actually speak to Caleb or not. She had been taught to pretty much just shut up around a man, and whenever she didn't it always ended in being shouted at or beaten, so just the mere thought of speaking to him when he didn't ask a question relating to the subject made her want to cower, especially with a baby in her arms. She decided to not say anything more, at least for now.

"Ok! McDonald's it is." He went inside Mcds and ordered an abundant amount of food for the three of them. He brought it back outside. "I live right up here on the right. Follow me, we will eat there." He led the women to his house.~
