Beyond deviled eggs~

I LOVE deviled eggs ..... but ONLY the deviled part! LOL I never eat the egg white. My grandmother used to get so mad at me for that! LOL I still do it except my kids will eat my whites now.

Fresh Polly-O Mozzarella & Fresh Chopped Basil with Chopped Cherry Tomato on a Plate

Slice the Mozzarella on a plate

Top the slices with chopped basil and chopped tomato

Drizzle plate with balsalmic vinegar and olive oil.

$6 and your a hit!~

I do something similar here...slice tomato, top with mozarella and chopped basil (and/or parsley). Put in the oven to melt the cheese (350F for about 10 min). MMM I will have to try yours now too!
