I read most of the 142 pages of posts on this breed... very very little if any info about the meat quality ,carcass size , taste ect.
anyone that actually knows how to take a hatchet and chop the head off and butcher a chicken please respond on how this supposedly dual purpose chicken performs.

Because the breed is still relatively new, I think not many are being butchered. I' still able to sell my spare roosters, and admit, I'm so partial I'm struggling with the idea of butchering even one of them.
