BIG Calcium deposits???!

One of my girls ( 1yo ) layed this crazy egg today. Normal deposit or should I be worried? What can I do to help her? That can’t feel good coming out!

I agree with the others, it looks like the egg came into contact with some fresh chicken poop, which then dried on the shell. No need to worry!

Well that’s gross and I feel pretty dumb now! Lol oh well I guess I should have just tried to get it off first.... live and learn

Old toothbrush works great but make sure it's labeled for "chicken poop"

I use one of those fingernail brushes. Pick them up for under $1.
