I have to admit, that the chicks that were rapidly outgrowing their space in the brooder, look pretty darn tiny in the coop/run. Gorgeous day, and I needed to get them out. I don't know how people stand them in the house for 6 weeks, 2 weeks in the garage, and I am ready for them to be outside. Suppose to be nice next week. The trick will be getting them in the coop tonight.
I do believe, space, sunlight/shade options and fresh air are good for chicks.
