Big dust storm & a long day helping my chicken.

Rudely awakened last night at 1am with a big dust storm that made one of my chicks sick by 6am. Made a homemade electrolyte mix today and had to syringe feed her throughout the day & flush out her eyes cuz they were semi swelled shut. I held her all day she laid on my chest. This evening she woke me up by nestling her beak in my beard and under my neck. She was ready to go back out with her sister. Her sister was so happy she was back. They went running around the aviary together. Tonight they are cuddling in a nesting box together. I love my Easter Eggers.
