The outside is tissue. I squeezed it a bit and don't feel anything hard inside but I am not sure. There might be an egg in there, if there is one, it's small.

It looks like a prolapse possibly with an egg or lash egg stuck. Soak her for 20 minutes to soften and clean off the surface. Dry then take a picture. Then apply some honey, sugar syrup or oil to keep the tissue moist. Feel around for an egg. Check to see if she is able to poop.

Warm water and Epsom salt, soak for about 20 minutes then gently remove the crud and if it is still sticking soak her a little more, keep it up till you get it clean. Then pics would be nice

Thanks everyone. Right now I have her in the sink. I am not sure if she can poop but there was some poop on the outside of the tissue that looked like it was hers.

Ok, I am letting her soak now. I will get some pictures in 20 minutes. I am not sure but it looks like the other birds have been pecking at it.

It looks almost black in the last picture. Is that accurate or the light? That is a pretty large prolapse, and more tissue could come out, possibly bowel or oviduct.
