Big Emergency, Graphic help please...

I would try to insert a finger into the vent if possible to feel for an egg or something hard. Apply honey, sugar and water in a syrup, hemorrhoid cream hydrocortisone cream or any vegetable oil to make it moist. If it is not black, but is still red, try to push it back inside. Then hold it in for a few minutes.

It looks almost black in the last picture. Is that accurate or the light? That is a pretty large prolapse, and more tissue could come out, possibly bowel or oviduct.
It is a dark red, I think it's from blood clotting or something. It is that shade of red that you see in the blood by a bullet hole when butchering a deer. It looks like the other birds were pecking at it.

Ok, is the vent the hole at the end of the lump? I have lost track of it.

At any point, if you feel that this is too much, you could put her down. I don’t have a good feeling about this prolapse. It looks huge, and with her having been pecked, it could be damaged. Since she has never laid, she may have been laying internally, and this could be a big lash egg, but I am not an expert on prolapses. If she is dear to you, then you may want to keep trying to help her. If the tissue is black, then that means it is dying or necrotic, and will start to decay. If there is an egg or even a lash egg blocking, she may be in pain and may keep pushing.

I will keep on trying. I will check for an egg now.
