Big enough for my birds?

How much are they chargeing for that coop? Just wondering, and is assembled or in pieces. I build my own considering I'm a carpenter but my sister in new jersey was thinking about getting some birds.

My coop is that size and I have 3 hens. We have a run that's about 500 sq ft, so they're not in the coop much. They go out in the snow/rain...anything. If you're going to have an additional run, 3 fit nicely. If you're thinking that this is to be their only "home", then it's not nearly big enough (in my experience). We did a lot of modifications: painted/caulked the roof, put up corrugated plastic panels on the screened sections to keep out the wind/rain, set it up on a platform (filled with sand) and added some extra hardware. It was some extra work but honestly, I really like the little coop ;) I know everybody talks about building, but when we started, I didn't know enough to know what I wanted. I love the slide out tray, I fill it with Sweet PDZ and empty it into a colander, shake it few times and my coop is clean! The bottom is filled with sand, stays nice and dry, easy to clean also. Hope this helps.
