I agree with the feet feathering on the one being very heavy for a Brahma. I would lean more towards Cochin.
I can't really see the combs in your pictures but... A Cochin will have a single comb (straight serrated line) and a Brahma will have a pea comb (might look kind of like a triangularish fleshy patch or might have 3 rows of very small bumps). So, which do they have?
