Big hard buldge in hens chest

One of my two year old blk copper marans laying hens has a large lump in the middle of its chest. I would think it was sour crop or other crop issue if it want as hard of a lump as it was. It is the size of a large white egg. Not jumping up to nesting roost either.
hope someone can help me here I hate to loose her she lays a really dark egg.

If there isn't a separate lump which is her crop evident, I would guess it is an impacted crop. A quick search will bring up losts of info on here about that.
