So very sorry for your losses. That had to be devastating.

I think @pennyJo1960 is right...weasel. I'd walk your fence and look for a hole where they or something dug underneath. If you find one, I would dig a trench all the way around your fence and put 1/2" hardware cloth down about a foot - 18".

I know you wrote over and over again that it was impossible for a dog to have done this. But have you thoroughly examined the perimeter of your fence as well as all the gates? My neighbor's large German Shepherd squeezed through quite a small gap in their fence to break out and kill one of my chickens.

A weasel or family of them is certainly another possibility.

Welcome to BYC. I am sorry for your losses.
I do believe it is a dog. Most feral predators will tear heads off or guts out as they will at least consume some of the birds. Dogs, on the otherhand, kill for sport or fun and leave the bodies.
Our place is fenced and yet dogs have managed to get onto our property. I've seen one of my granddogs climb over a fence.
Whatever did this will most likely be back.
