big roo trying with little roo

I recently started letting my Araucanas free range with my Seramas. I have only 1 araucana pullet for my roo. He "tries" with everything. Its one thing with the serama hens but he tries with the roos too. I'm in the process of getting him some more full figured ladies but in the mean time, can he hurt anyone?

I think he is probably in the process of trying to figure the whole "thing" out, while showing dominance over other roos too. Female dogs will act as males with other females to show them who is boss.
