7 week Salmon Favorelle Roo

I think you indeed have a pullet, faverolle roos look very different from the girls and she has the typical female coloration

I think it is too!!! I was preparing for a Rooster but I think he is a she with dark markings on chest

Thank you! She was darker several weeks ago when I originally posted this and now she has lightened back up!

No need to, the bird in question is almost certainly a pullet

No need to, the bird in question is almost certainly a pullet

regardless of his gender I plan on keeping he/she. I have 2 pens. One that my kids go in since they are more friendly then I have a pen that my hens who don't like to be messed with or more dominant breeds.
