Welcome...We have lots of the same interests...
We also love Hairless & Dumbo Rats(we have Rex Right now),Fish Tanks(We have A Redtail Catfish,a Gar and a Tank full of Mollies Swordtails Platies Ect),Big Dogs (and Little)and Lots of Useless cats...and a few other pets here and there we could not live without...LOL

All those babies keep you on your toes, DeerFarmer! I'm pretty sure all of our pets have been spoiled into ruination. Well, not the fish, it's hard to spoil a fish without sending them belly up. (Or leaving them in the fridge too long, but that's a different matter!) Mollies and Platys are great, easy going fish and there is so much variation. I always had trouble with Mollies and ick, but that never stopped me from loving them!
How big is your Gar and what do you feed him?
Since you have a Gar it might be useful for you to travel to my neck of the woods -- the local feed store is currently running a dollar per gallon fish tank sale. Of course, other places do the same, like 'That Fish Place' in Northern PA somewhere.
I can't take advantage of those sales, no matter how badly I want to; I have so many tanks in storage right now (we can't set up anymore without reinforcing the floor in this old house) that if I brought more home, I believe DH would beat me with a wet noodle!

Thank you all for the welcomes. Your forum has helped us with many of our flock "issues" before i signed even signed up. It's nice to know that there are people thatappreciate their chickens as much as we do!
