they are rare? came from a naked neck that started laying just 2 weeks ago, this would be her 7th or 8th egg

New layers will sometimes lay abnormal eggs like that. Even experienced egg layers can. Last year I had a hen that regularly layed double yolkers. I find them once or twice a year usually.
