I have a Rhode Island red that does the same thing When she's running, her comb goes, flop, flop, flop, flop, flop, flop, flopflop, flopflop.

Haha! Thanks! I will tell him he won! Maybe his girls will like him better! (Poor guy got put in with a bunch of older, big girls who were all in love with a scrawny splash rooster while they were free ranging.)

Thank you, I’m pretty sure that this is the same one. She turned out to be a he, that’s probably why his combs are so red. His name was cinnamon and we had to give him back to the feed store.
