Bilbo and Frodo, cali valley 3 weeks old ... chalk and cheese 😅

Hey guys! So some may remember I posted about lil Frodo who hatched with a dent in his head. Well he's been a Labour of love! But he's survived and is completely thriving!

My question is this ... these 2 are so different from each other! Physically and behaviourally! They've both had the same attention from me (spoilt lil monkeys) and are both together n fed on the same diet etc. Yet Frodo is TWICE the size of Bilbo already. He has a longer more expressive neck, a fatter heavier body, and his FEET! They're like paddles Bilbo is Dainty in comparison to him. Dainty feet, even doesn't have as impressive a "quiff" as Frodo!! Does this indicate anything?? Their markings on their backs were different at hatch too ... Frodo had 2 perfect straight lines down his back and Bilbo was more spotty with the dark lines. I'm wondering if this indicates what sex they are? Behaviourally Bilbo is a bully and very needy with me, Frodo is a lot more chill, still needy but not as much as Bilbo.

Ps I'm aware of the dead toe ends on frodos feet, he had what I'm assuming bad circulation for a couple of days as a tiny chick, between his fits and eye issues he's had ongoing care They sleep in a portable brooder on my bed by my head, they are never very far from me atm. As I stated earlier they are a real LABOR of love. I'm exhausted

Size difference Bilbo on the left ... Older by a day!! Frodo the monster on the right! Could this have been caused by neuro damage from his dented skull? I'm wondering if it's a petuitary issue? He is markedly growing at a faster rate tht lil bilbo!!

Theyre not spoilt in the slightest.... honest
