Bill out

I'm really excited my ducklings have their bills out already, one has a large whole and a hole in the membrane but the outer hole in the shell is bigger, the membrane has shrunk and he can't pull his bill back, I don't think he can extend his hole, is there anything I should do? They've had holes for 28 hours but are still unable to hatch, is there anything I should or could do?

Thanks, I had to help them out my humidity was to low and they were dying, four of six survived
