Hey y'all! Hope all is well!

Does anyone use this in their coop/run? My husband and I are thinking about heading off onto this adventure for our plants. Does anyone use it for sole bedding in their run or coop? We also have ducks... does anyone know how it works with them as well? Looking for any info/advice... thanks in advance!!!

If your concern is dirty bedding and eliminating odours/droppings I suggest you look into the use of drop boards under their roosts with PDZ and deep bedding for the floor. Means one needs to clean the dropping boards frequently (I do it each morning, quick easy) but works brilliantly. Also cheap. Guessing that biochar would be more expensive but do not know that for sure.

Well... Native folk used it for art back in the day (LOL).

PS The link above suggests 5-10% mixed with other regular bedding, basically used to absorb moisture and kill bacteria.
