Biosecurity from Neighborhood Pigeons? (not an emergency)

Well deer netting is what I use. Is like 1/2 " by 1/2" and works well. Tears easy though. Bird netting is pretty much the same.

Not sure about geese or ducks.

From what I know, bird netting and deer netting are about the same size. I think the deer netting might have been a little cheaper at our Lowe's maybe? I don't have any experience with waterfowl so not sure how they are affected by wild birds, hopefully someone will chime in.
