If those EE's are incubator hatched chicks that have been kept in a brooder totally separated from all other chickens for all their short life, I would not worry about quarantine. If they have in any way come into contact with other chickens, yes, please quarantine. If there is any question, please quarantine. I consider hatching eggs a very safe way to add to a flock.
For additional safety, I'd probably add one of the RIR's to the two EE's after a couple of weeks in quarantine. It is possible those two chicks picked up an immunity to a disease but are carriers. If you add a RIR to the two EE's, then you are risking one chick, not all 6. Just a thought.
