I have some questions about the Bird Flu A.K.A. the Avian Flu.
1. How is it transferred?
2. How do I prevent my birds from getting it?
3. Can ducks get the flu too??

How can you tell if your chicks have the bird flu, and how do they get it, can you prevent it ?

From what I understand wild birds, mainly geese and ducks spread it to others when they camp out on your property to rest up or kick off. Try your best to protect your flock from contact with them. No free ranging, .Maybe run covers, so they can't fly in. You don't want them eating from your flock's feeders, or water
