After getting 6 peeps last week we had to go back and get two more... Golden Laced Polish and a Lavender Orpington. They quickly settled in with the rest of our new little flock. So 6 is really 8...

6 is 8 which is really 16 which eventually ends with 32 that how it happened for me the first time:lol:
Naw naw naw it goes like dis 6 is 8 then 16 then 32 then u hitting 50 cut back down to 32 then u relizre u can't do without serten breeds so u hit 60 then one morning u realize the food bill is to high and see back down to 20 then all of a sudden 5 broody hens 2 incubators and u just give in and stay stead at 80 until once again u hear of a new market that's only 20mins away so u go to it come home with 10 more hens then u decide to take a pile of hens to this market so ur back down to the 50 then u decide new plan at the end of every month when this sale is on I'll gather my few birds that I want to sell and then get other ones in there place but u set the bar never to go over 100 no matter what and then u relize one day ur typing ur story of ur hens on to the internet and u just finished ur cooled drink and are ready to open the email of ur chicken bill this month that is a lot better than previous months for some odd reason and decide im very conferrable with 83 chickens
It's not dat I'd defonitly know how ur story will turn out but dats mine

The chicks look like the quintessential Amish couple! I wonder how the Amish feel about chicken math!! ?:gig

Sorry I'm lost
Turn to the person on your right and ask them where you are!!:D
If you look at the second pic of the chicks above, they look like an Amish couple, the lady all sweet and pale and the gentleman with his Amish beard and a very serious look on his face. You don't have Amish in Ireland so I understand that this might be a little odd to you.
