bird mite

i posted a month or so ago about a sparrow nest in my coop i was told to take it out i did this but i had nests in my aircon that had chicks in it . it was next to my front door of the house and stupidly left it now the chicks are going and they left mites wife freeked out mites came in the house so everthing had to be cleaned went to feed store got stuff for bird mites this is in a spray so after house was done i done the coop today all clean sprayed dryed then new straw do i need to get rid of the eggs for a few days or are they ok thanks

If you didn't spray the eggs, and let the coop dry, I would think they are OK to use.
