Bird of Prey Experts Needed

Can any of you confirm that the birds here are Red Tailed Hawks?

Ex (past) spurt (little drip under pressure)

First bird is a red tail. Second bird pictured hard to tell - may be a color variant. I have seen redtails from nearly black to a hen who wintered across the road for at least 20 year who became more white each year. Just before she disappeared she was one third to 50 % white. Really neat bird.

I would say the first picture is but not sure on the second. Depending on where the picture was taken and time of year it could be any number of hawk types.

They both look like Red Tails to me.
