will the birds still come to feeders because now we will proberly havehawks around

You need to make your question more clear. Do your chickens free-range? Do you have feeders in an uncovered area? Have you actually seen hawks? Have there been attempts by hawks? Might be as simple a fix as netting over your run.

thank you for your help were going to try this with the chickens but my wife is concern because shes afriad that the birds will not come to the feeders in yard if there is hawkes flying around will proceed with netting to protect the chickens

Do you mean song birds coming to the song bird feeders? Not the chickens and chicken feeders, right?
