Ok... I think what she did was triple antibiotic ointment, drench and extra protein, and a heat lamp to help her keep warm, and kept applying the antibiotic ointment everytime it dried up.

Well it's impossible that it was an arial predator. She was in the barn and has never been anywhere else since I got her at chickenstock. She's in there with an OE and a couple of milles.

lol now ya know ya missed me .... wow that poor chickie !!! makes me wish i was going for vet stead of psychology

Yeah she's still in shock. I just set up a tote with some electrolyte water, food and a heat lamp.

I really can't wait for this day to end. This whole week in fact, it's been a nightmare!!

Yeah no kidding. This weekend we're supposed to do some cool stuff and I might have my gs for the day Saturday too. Time with him always cheers me up!
