Hey Spikes Chooks! =)


I saw someone on fb that wanted to know what chooks were because a guy was asking questions about his. I told her what it was and she was rude and said "Then he should have just said chickens, it's not that hard! This is America you know!". I had to remind her it was a worldwide page! lol

Yeah no kidding. This weekend we're supposed to do some cool stuff and I might have my gs for the day Saturday too. Time with him always cheers me up!

Some people just don't get chickens and the nick names. We say chicks, they say chooks... all in all, its entertainment.

I know I agree!! So did you get a pic of that roo?? I mentioned it to Aric when we were talking about it last night and I looked it up and showed him. You would have thought I showed him a naked woman he loved it so much lol I reminded him that I've been saying for a while I wanted a faverolle, but he only listens to me half the time LOL.


mmmm dinner was so good! BBQ chicken with the new Open Pit bourbon and brown sugar bbq sauce....cheese mashed taters and green beans. But now I feel like I could go into "Thanksgiving coma" haha

Im moving back and forth between several forums ....... there is a leak somewhere in the brooder roof ..we tarped it earlier ... they keep coming out into the run part i guess is what happened with them ... the last one we just found .. i think he/she got caught in the wire ....

i hate losing babies ...

I hate losing them too. That's why I'm constantly checking on that showgirl chick. I'd really hate to lose her because I got her at chickenstock and I was so excited because I had always wanted one.

Aric needs the computer but I'll be back later.
