But they are rolling off and breaking, so me and my brother are going to fix that. :p
Oh my word!!! Like, on top of the roof of the coop??? That's crazy!

Bisquick: It's raining.
Snap: Leave it to spring to be nice and sunny one day, then the next dumping rain.
Buttermilk: And it's also thundering!!!!
[In the brooder]
Hedwig: PIPPY AND HAZEL! Will you STOP spilling the water and soaking the towels??!!
Pippy: We're practicing our wing skills.
Hazel: Besides, we always put it back up.
Omelette: Wet brooders are AWFUL. SO STOP IT!
Me: Got any ideas on how to keep my waterer up? Pippy and Hazy keep knocking it down and soaking the towels. :p

Me: LOL yup, its kinda funny to see the other chickens look at Marble on top of the coop. :D

Me: And no, I don't know how. But now my chicks can fly out of the brooder too. :p

Penny: Congratulations on winning the contest Flint!
Audrey: You deserved it!
Midge: Mom wants a rooster. But she's not allowed to have one...:/
Louise: I'm am kind of like a rooster.
Willhemina: I'm so excited! I'm starting preschool soon!

ME: Weigh it down, strap it to the wall, attach it to a board, use your imagination.
Marianne: our only water issue is getting woodchips in it.
Whiloghby: it's mostly Margaret.
Margaret: IS NOT!!!!
Selena: Calm, calm.
Sophia: Or maybe Pippy and HAzel can stop practicing flight skills in the brooder.

Sophia's travel log.

I ventured outdoors today, out with the flock. The grass is dry and sparse right now, the insects inexistent, but it was still quite pleasant. I like it here, although it has been settled: I am at the bottom of the pecking order.

Pippy: NEVER!!! Flying is the best!!!
Hazel: In fact, Pippy and I are doing the Jr. Flying team at Pine Cone!! :D
Hedwig: They're nuts.
Omelette: Agreed.
Bisquick: On another note, we have to do a project for school!
Buttermilk: It's this thing where we make an 'interview' about whatever-
Snap: We're picking groups on Monday.

Gertie: Our normal Food People are gone, but the new Food Guy is nice!
Me: He said he gave Gertie a hug and a kiss. :)

ETA: Congratulations, Pippy on being the Cutest Girly!!!

Pippy: Did I win?? I haven't checked it yet.
Bisquick: AAAhhh. *inhale* Suuuch a nice day!
Buttermilk: I know! Today Grampi and Mommy are *hopefully* gonna start on the coop!
Snap: They made some slight changes, but it's gonna be a surprise altogether. :) We know the basic outline, but not the whole thing.
Selena: So two warm areas with roosts and nestboxes on both sides of the run. Are the two sides identical or different?
Sophia: sounds cool!
Elanor: wow, first it was snowing, now it's sunny!!
Marianne: Well, why don't you come play outdoors while the sunshine lasts instead of hiding your beak in a book?
Elanor: Can't do that, must study! Omelette, are you in advanced The Pecking Order? Big test coming up, and I can't understand how to make a flock dynamics chart when there is both a size majority and multiple color majorities involved!
Whilloghby: Selena and Sophia can't help her.
Margaret: well, Sophie's smart enough, but her school didn't have advanced classes, and the pecking order classes were very poor.
