Sunrise:The first time I laid an egg, it took two entire hours, and it was very painful. The second time was an hour and much better. The third was a half an hour, and much less painful. By the twentieth time, it took fifteen minutes and was easy.
Susan: Ugh, I'm starting to molt. Always makes me a grouch. Sorry.
Selena:Someone, I'm not sure who, keeps laying really thin shelled eggs, and if you sit in the nest, they'll break and you have to sit in wet egg to lay your egg.

Cheep: MOMMY WILL BE HOME TOMORROW! YAYAYAYAYYAYAAYYAAY
Peep: I KNOW I AM SO EXCITED!
Mocha: WE WILL FINALLY GET OUTSIDE!
Brownie: WHY ARE WE YELLING????
Mocha: Good point why are we yelling.
Peep: Quiet.
Cheep: OMG
Peep: What?
Cheep: I hope Mommy paints are nails when she gets back!
Brownie: COOL! She does that?
Cheep: Yup Its fun! ITS AWESOME! You get a toe cleaning and i got my toes hot pink * squeal*

Petrie: no egg from me today.
Lily: I made my own nest in the coop and laid a HUGE egg.
Malibu: it was actually a normal sized chicken egg. ._.
Lily: it was reallyyyyy big.
Petrie: I did not lay an egg today ^-^
Lily: we know, queen petrie.
Petrie: *snort*

Snap: Buttermilk, really, you have to brood?
Buttermilk: Yes, Snap, you were brooding.
Snap: Yes, but I gave up when Mom blocked off the warm part.
Buttermilk: Then you're not a true brooder.
Snap: A true brooder!!?? What is that supposed to mean Buttermilk!!??
Buttermilk: It means that you won't stop for anything. Mom blocked off the warm part, so what? I continued on brooding, just outside of the coop.
Snap: *mutters under breath* Yea, well, because of you brooding we had to lay our eggs outside, and my egg and Junior's got crunched.
Buttermilk: What was that peasant!!?
Snap: Nothing, except that you're gonna lose your place in the Order.
Buttermilk: Nada. It will not happen.

Selena: well, you can't say it's exactly pleasent. And it ruins your looks for a month or two.
