No need to doubt. As long as the eggs are fertile, they will hatch.

Fertility isn't a guarantee of hatching.

I've had eggs quit partway through incubation

Excellent. cream and Gold Legbars are autosexing so if it is a pure bred then you should know if you have a girl or a boy.
