Bites, warts or something else?

Earlier today I found these scabbed over bumps on the chest of my 1 year old Sussex hen. None of my other birds have anything similar but I'm having difficulty finding out what it could be from. She also has some red spots on the tops of her toes but are not quite as large or scabbed.

the scabs on the chest are called breast blisters and can come from multiple things

I should add that, until very recently, she was the favorite girl of my rooster. We ended up getting rid of him since he was getting way too rough with her. Maybe this is what has caused the blisters?

It could be peck wounds, but I was also wondering about fowl pox. I would watch them to make sure they start healing within a few days. Are there any black spots on her comb?

She did not appear to have any black spots on her comb but I will definitely be keeping a lookout for that as well as following the lesions on her chest/breast areas. Thank you for your swift responses!
