Bizarre behavior after dust bath

Yesterday everyone was taking a dust bath. My Leghorn, Lucy, squawked after she was done, stood up then put her head down and started running backwards She would take a few steps forward then run backwards again. She did this for about 5 minutes, running into the fence several times. I just watched her, thinking she may have some kind of neurological problem but then she was fine. Got up this morning and she's "normal" again. Anyone seen that before and maybe knows what happened?

Could something have been in the sand that bit her? Red ant , spider, etc?
