Black Ancona?

We got this chick as an assorted "rare" from MPC. She's just beautiful but would like to know if you agree on a breed of Ancona? Clearly not show quality but we just have them for fun (and eggs). She's got tiny feathers growing out of her legs that didn't show up until about 10 weeks or so.
She's 17 weeks now.
