Black and white chick? what is it?

I have a chick that is black and white like salty pepper all over with black and white on its wings, there are no feathers on the feet and it is one week old. I have looked at many chick pics but none seem to match, any ideas? I will post a pic later, I'm at work so I don't have one now. Thanks

I have one like that too. It almost looks like its comb is flat, but I'm not sure if it's a pullet or cockerel because it's flat comb is turning red. It's about four weeks.
