There's definitely some mating damage there, but it does look way too severe to be only that.

I see you originally posted this a few weeks ago. Is there ANY improvement or is this how they currently look?

Do you have roosters?

Not much improvement. I have one rooster but the other hens don’t look like that from him. There is definitely no improvement around the neck

I wondered since I do not see new feathers starting to grow when I blow up the pics.

Definitely check for mites and lice. It is common to unknowingly buy infested birds.
