Black australorp chick with hair on legs

There are the Marans hybrids too, like the noir Marans and midnight Marans. To my knowledge, they may not have the copper shading on the neck.

I have a 2.5 week old black australorp chick that has hair (down) on her legs from the day I got her. It stops right before her toes jut out, but it goes all the way down the outside of her legs and it's black. I have not seen any photos online for black australorp chicks with hair on their legs. Has anyone experienced this?

Hello! I have 3 that looked identical to your baby! 2 of them have hairy legs and one does not. They are now 21 weeks old, and have a purple/green hue in the sunshine. I’m thinking australorps, but they don’t typically have hairy feet. So I am stumped. Here are some pics of mine. I guess we have to wait and see their egg color.
