I think its a roo. Most of my roo chicks are feathering out slower, esp on the wings.

The comb looks pretty pronounced for a 4 week old chick. I am guessing roo.

The comb is still very dark. BA pullets can have pronounced combs at this age. Just watch to see that the comb doesn't turn pink in the next several weeks. If it stays dark or even a pale flesh color its fine.

My guess, since it is pretty early, is you have a pullet.
