black australorp hen or rooster? PICS

Hi,
I have 3 19-wk old Black Australorp chickens, and one has a much more developed comb and wattle than the other 2. I am wondering whether she is really a he? There hasn't been any crowing, but the difference among them has me wondering.

I see all hens... My roos comb was MUCH larger at 19 weeks. His was that size at 10.
