Black Australorp Pullet or Cockerel?

I am guessing that Edith is actually Edgar. We have 2 of them and this one has a very different tail. Honestly, she is kind of a jerk and always has been. Very vocal and hates being picked up. Edith, my other BA loves being held and is pretty sweet. Anyone else thing this is a rooster? Edith's tail is lower and does not stick straight up like this. Looks like we might have 2 roosters and 4 hens...

Not much comb yet and it's pretty dark still compared to Edith's.
