Black Australorp?

Is this a Black Australorp? Notice the green eyes., black legs, black feathers with a hint of green hue on them. Two shown at 9 weeks old.

They look like the BA I had, but there are so many variables that I can't say for sure. Mine did seem shinier, but that's probably the pix and the dimness. Good luck
